Personal and Commercial Inside Sales Representative
As an inside sales representative, you will be assigned to a team which will include one or more of our customer service representatives. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Prospecting new clients
- Taking quote information and looking through our different carriers to find the best rate
- Shopping current clients and looking at renewals
- You need to be a problem solver and ready to resolve client inquiries/ complaints
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Meet designated sales goals set by our Sales Manager
Personal and Commercial Customer Service Representative
Job Description: As a customer service representative, you will be assigned to a team which will include one of our sales agents. You will be responsible for answering questions that might arise after the sales cycle. You’ll be in charge of any changes to current policies including, car and driver changes, home changes, taking claims information, and anything else needed from clients and or your team.
