Recently worked with Ethan at the Plain City location to review, modify and change all of our personal polices for the entire family. He was extremely helpful and responsive through out this process. I was very satisfied with his support and the new insurance coverages that we now have!

We reached out to Ethan Neely at Mitchell Insurance for quotes for our home and auto. He was quick to respond with questions for us that enabled him to prepare quotes. We were surprised how much he could save us on our auto policy for something equivalent. And for almost the same price for home owners, he offered us a policy that was much better than our current policy. He was very knowledgeable answering our many questions. Once we decided to move forward with Mitchell Insurance, Ethan made the process very simple. With our previous home and auto policies, we did not have a specific agent. Whoever answered the phone was our “agent” for that call. We are thrilled to have Ethan as OUR agent going forward!!
