Having Ralph Chaffin as my insurance “guy” has saved me so much worry and angst. Not only do I know I’m getting the best coverage for my home and my car, it’s affordable, too. And, when I had an accident a few months ago, everyone at Mitchell was right on it…and they were understanding, too. Highly recommend.

It was very pleasant to speak with both agents on my last interaction. I spoke with Kara Fields when I initially called for pricing and Rosa Bennett when I called back to actually modify my policy. Both ladies were very pleasant and it was quite a different experience (in a very positive way) than a few previous times I’ve called in previous years. If you continue to have that high quality level of interaction and representation, I will have no reason to change agents for years to come.

So far Mitchell Insurance, specifically Reggie, have been amazing to work with....

So far Mitchell Insurance, specifically Reggie, have been amazing to work with. Mitchell was referred to us by our mortgage lender. We were nervous to switch from our previous company because we had been with them so long. However, Reggie was able to find us better coverage for less money on both Home and Auto policies. Thank you Reggie and the Mitchell Team!
