I’ve been with Mitchell Insurance now for 5 years, maybe more. They were able to lower my rates with Erie initially as I was no longer willing to pay a higher price with NW. My original agent left the agency several years ago but every time I call, I speak to knowledgeable and helpful staff members. Now that my adult daughter had a couple minor, no injury accidents, we received a nonrenewal cancellation over the weekend. Before I was able to call an agent, I had a new renewal quote with another carrier offered by the agency. Turns out, I’m saving almost $1,000 a year by switching carriers for my home, autos and motorcycles. I have no intention of leaving this independent agency. They are worth the call!

She was always prompt to return emails/phone calls and helped answer all of my questions with explanations that made sense to someone with little knowledge of Insurance coverage. They are timely in responses and always work to find us the best deal. It’s 100% service after the sale! Those types of agents are hard to find.
