Each client has a trained Project Manager assigned to each home who acts as a single point of contact. We are a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA) and comply with all local building codes throughout the building process. Our team consists of professional people from the licensed Architect and Structural Engineer to all the professional contractors. We are licensed, bonded, and insured through every phase of the building process. Our process is very detail oriented. Each Project Manager has a detailed project plan for each home that is constructed. The process is gone over with each client prior to construction.
