She obtained her Ohio Property & Casualty license in 1993 and her Life & Health license in 1994. She has received her Certificate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America and has also earned her Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designation. Kim and her husband, Bill, reside in Delaware, Ohio with their two children, Ethan and Hunter.

Matt Gardner has been a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent since 2004, specializing in the commercial / business lines of insurance. He attended The Ohio State University, majoring in Economics, and now resides in Powell with his wife Kristi. He recently earned his CPIA designation (Certified Professional Insurance Agent).
